Precision
We are uniquely positioned to provide precision tooling which include Ceramic, Polycrystalline Diamond (PCD), Cubic Boron Nitride (CBN) tipped tools. Chip Breakers, Coated Carbide tools, Silicon Nitride, Cermets, and V Bottoms. Specializing in Standard Periphery, and certain PCD and CBN inserts. We can provide for your K-land needs. We are uniquely positioned to handle your PCD and CBN insert needs. We are able to provide small batch and ongoing tooling to meet your business needs. Inserts and Subabrasives
PCD creates a hard and wear-resistant material with high thermal conductivity of diamond to remove the heat from the cutting edge. PDC is used for non-ferrous metals, high-silicon aluminum, carbon fiber, and fiber-reinforced plastics.
CBN is excellent for the continuous cutting of a wide range of hardened steels, powdered metals, cast irons and super alloys with Maximum tool life with higher surface finish and accuracy.
